@Sanditype2 I think it seems to just depend on each person's skin... I have heard many people having issues, yet with me no issues. 2 weeks and could go longer! So I may not be the best person to offer advice, but I can tell you what I have heard others in their experience from speaking to people over time and reading forums...
Many people seem to have good success with SkinTac Wipes or Liquid by Torbot. It creates a barrier basically for the sensor to stick too. However, I am not sure how that barrier, if the sensor's prick actually goes through the barrier if it could alter the reading. I have never heard anyone say it does, but just thinking.
I have also heard that others use a tegaderm patch over it to help it stick, which many seem to have success with also.
I hope this helps!

Thank you. Yes. I had someone tell me about the tagaderm patches and I also was told of another patch called 'not just a patch'. I could get the tagaderm at my local WM as to where I will have to order the other patches. Both seem like they may help, but for the immediate need, I ran to WM and got the tagaderm to put on this sensor. So far so good. Hopefully, it will help.

Hi!! I'm a newbie here. I did search for the topic, but didn't really find anything related to the issue that I am having. I have only had the Freestyle Libre 6 days and I am about to have to put on my THIRD sensor. Let me explain.
My first one started coming off day before yesterday. I called the company and they are sending me a new one free of charge. When I put the 2nd one on, I put plenty of 'skin tac' on and followed the directions and low and behold, I bumped into the side of a door this morning and the dang thing came half way off, Knowing that the rep I talked to with the company said that when that happens, you should take it off b/c it will no longer be accurate, I took it off. So, now about to put on a third one. I have the simpatches that have the hole in the middle, but I couldn't see as to where that even helped with the first one. I was hoping to get on here and find out maybe other products that will help them stick or perhaps other areas that they can be placed. I love this thing,it has been making me more aware of what I am eating and how certain foods effect my blood sugar, but I can't afford to keep knocking them off or for them to come off b/c I was sweating from working out.
Also, I am getting much different readings from the sensor verses my Relion meter. For example, my fbs is always high in the mornings (140-180), I am guessing the 'dawn phenomenon' as I can go to bed with perfectly normal bs and not even wake up all night then wake up to a high #. Every morning that I have had the sensor, except for the 2nd morning, it has said anywhere between 117-129, I'm thinking yay me!! But the last two mornings I checked the readings against my relion meter and the meter was showing 155 yesterday morning and 149 this morning, when the sensor was reading 129 yesterday morning and 117 this morning.
I know this was a lot and technically two different issues but anyone that can offer help or advice on both, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank YOU!!
