@Imgeena @nomorenomore I'm interested in this too as diabetes runs in my family and I would like to do what I can to avoid it. I've got some other health issues that I think would make having to manage my blood sugar very difficult.

@Imgeena Hi imgeena, idk if you've had any feedback from your doctor or if you've done any reasearch, but the ADA has a really helpful site that's easy to read and explains everything in simple terms. It really helped me and my wife when she first got diagnosed. Try this section of the site: https://www.diabetes.org/diabetes-risk

I read on a viable website that 107 sugar is pre-diabeties. A nurse said not really. What to believe? My father told me to keep an eye out for it because it runs in the family.
