Hello everyone,
Living with type 2 diabetes requires special attention to diet, especially after a large or carb-heavy meal. We all know it can be hard to resist during special occasions, but how do you manage your blood sugar afterward?
Some people find that taking a walk after a meal helps stabilize their blood sugar, while others prefer to adjust their insulin or closely monitor their levels.
