I eat fats and proteins. Fats keep you feeling full. Watch those carbs and sugars and read the food labels! No calorie counting!

As a diabetes life coach my experience is that i have had huge success with clients with varied diets. Eating less, good quality carbs , balancing stress, learning to sleep 8hours, having a forward looking mindset are all part of our program at Diabetes Transformation facebook Group.

Do you take meds? its important to take meds if you need them but we want to minimize them as much as reasonably safe This is the standard protocol

I am doing intermittent fasting and working with a dietician. Anyone had success with other diets? Is your blood sugar in healthy range?
