Diet and exercise helps but I need meds to keep it down. Actually go to the dr soon to pick up my latest lab report. Last A1C was 5.8. I was up to 6.5 with Metfotmin. I’m now on Ozempic. Will be increasing the dosage after my January colonoscopy. Have to go off Ozempic for 2 weeks prior to the procedure. . My exercise is basically weight twice a week for about 90 min and pickleball 4 or 5 days a week. Beats running

How are you doing today?
Lifestyle changes such as exercising and eating a healthy diet can keep sugar levels stable. But have you discovered another way to lower A1C without medicine? What has worked for you? Have you found the diet or exercise to be the most important when it comes to lowering your A1C?
