Personally, I've recently tried the Balance app. I also have experience with the Calm app, they even have. a few sessions on Netflix. I like to listen to them when I fall alseep.
What about you, have you tried one?

I say 3 Our Fathers, 3 Hail Mary, 3 Glory Be, and an Act of Confession. Prayer has given me peace and a good night sleep. I'm in my fifth year dealing with MM.

I’ve tried Insight Timer and I use the free version for a timed not-guided meditation. You can set bells at intervals to help bring the mind back.
Kaiser Permanente provides free access to Calm - there are guided meditations I like. They also have cute sleep stories which must work cause I’ve never been able to finish one.
I’ve heard good things about Headspace but I’ve never used it myself.

Absolutely! I've been using the Headspace app for about a year now, and it's been a game-changer for me. The guided meditations and mindfulness exercises are not only relaxing but also help me manage stress better connect android phone to mac. The variety of sessions they offer, from quick ones for busy days to more extended sessions, fits well into my schedule. The sleep sounds feature is a bonus too; it really helps me unwind before bedtime.

Hello everyone,
How are you today?
Within the last few years, there has been an increase of meditation apps on the market. Such apps include Headspace, Waking Up, Breethe, Insight Timer, and Ten Percent Happier.
Have you tried any of these? What did you think? Did it help? Have you done it consistently?
Share your experiences!
Take care,
Lizzi from the Carenity team
