Do you use monitoring devices?

Thanks for starting this interesting discussion. I'm sorry to hear about your recent inflammation, that sounds tough. Checking your foot temperature could be really useful for catching early signs of inflammation, especially if it's related to circulation or conditions like arthritis or diabetes.
