Hi @CharlieE
How are you doing today?
During the pandemic many people switched to home workouts. I am sure someone in the Carenity community have some recommendations of which virtual platforms they used.

Do you do any home workouts? Do you follow a particular channel or coach? What type of home workouts do you do? How do you chose the workout that best works with your condition?
Let's share!
Take care,
Lizzi from the Carenity team

I used to be a massage therapist. If you could afford 2x month Swedish massage, that ŵould relax the muscles to reduce flare ups

I use silver sneakers online ever since covid 19 started. There are a few instructors that I follow, that works for me 2-3 × a week. and I also walk around the building I live in ( 2 buildings) 2-× a week.

I've had good luck with YouTube channels like Yoga with Adriene, which offers gentle workouts that might be perfect for managing fibromyalgia symptoms. Since you're considering paying for programs, you might want to check out some workouts first, then clip your favorite parts using a simple tool. If you're using Windows, learning how to clip on Windows can help you save the segments you like best for repeated use. Here’s a helpful link to get you started: https://www.movavi.com/learning-portal/how-to-clip-on-pc.html

Hi
I have fibromyalgia and they say that exercise will help with the pain. I don't want to subscribe to an expensive gym. Can anyone recommend some at-home work outs they follow? Youtube is good, or particular accounts on social media. I would even consider paying for videos put out by certain programs if people had positive experiences that worked for them.
Thank you
