@Mrspeedy you are absolutely welcome! I love when I can find common grounds with others. Personally I like to get in my car turn the music on and drive with no destination in mind. It clears my mind which helps with my stress.

@LizziB I read. I have been working all summer as a pool manager. Vacuuming the pool daily and it also gives me a break from seeing to my mom's dementia.

@LizziB That really depends on where I am as far as my pain levels as well as fevers or my flare-ups. When I have my "bad/off" days I tend to do more relaxing things to relax and try to relieve stress. On these days I mosey around the house getting a few little things done so I still have the sense of accomplishment. I will do crossword puzzles, write in my journal, take a couple of baths and little things that are my self-care routines that also help with my mental health. On the good more alive feeling days I go on my walks but they may be longer, I will take my rafts or inflatable kayaks and go find some water, I might go fishing, I might try and do some yard work as I live on a 40 acre ranch. I will go and play basketball... well sort of I literally just shoot hoops now and it's nothing compared to what I used to be able to do. I also really enjoy getting in my car, turning the music on, sunglasses on, and put it in drive with destination in mind. It's nice to just clear my mind. My #1 thing to do is to write in my journal at the end of the night. To take the thoughts, stress and emotions from my head and do my best to transfer all of that from my mind d to the paper. And this is something that I can do no matter how I am feeling. I hope that helped to answer your question
