I find if I stay on top of cleaning my bipap and changing the supplies and mask regularly, it cuts down on irritation and allergies developing.

I am an allergy queen, Claritin d is my otcdrug of choice and I’ll take one if stuffy at night. I rinse my sinuses am and pm, helps a lot.

With BiPAP, I have symptoms like allergies, (runny nose, itchiness, teary eyes, congestion sometimes), which is a result of changing humidity and temperatures when the seasons change. Sometimes this lasts for weeks. Does anyone have any tricks or tips to help with this? I usually take an OTC allergy pill, but it doesn't always work well. My Resmed Airsense 10 has auto and manual settings for humidity and temperature. Small changes there have helped, too. I'm curious about other peoples' solutions to this problem.
