Have you tried Epsom salt baths to help chronic pain? Has it helped? What other tips can you offer @pb&jelly for relieving some of his discomfort?

I soak in the tub with epsom salts when my leg, hip, & back pain flare... it seems to help enough thst i can rest.

I have a friend who swears by her baths with Epsom salts. I've tried these baths but no change in my pain.
