Hello @sralupe
I am very sorry to hear that :(
I hope it has gotten better in recent days.
Fistulas can occur more frequently to people suffering from Crohn's disease. Although it is considered treatable, it is always best to get a doctor's opinion but here are a few others who may be able to provide some information-

Have you ever experienced fistulas? If so, how were you able to treat them? What worked for you?

I have been facing an enormous amount of pain in recent weeks and after scans near my abdominal region, it has been found that I have a fistula near my gut. The doctor said its normal in Crohn's Disease patients but how does someone with Crohn's have a higher likelihood of getting fistulas? I dont understand, is it due to genetic factors or problems with the gut? Does anyone kniow?
