I have not. I’m on disability and couldn’t afford it ... my sister put her dog through treatments .... not joking. Sad truth. If you try it and it works I’d love to know.

Thank you. I wasn’t being sarcastic just a window into my world of family walking away ... nice meeting you.
Its a shame alternative treatment isn’t covered by insurance. I have often wondered if massage would help.

@LynndMS You're welcome and yeah I think alternatives should be covered by insurances too.

@Emma2190, I use it for neuropathic pain from mutliple failed surgeries on my clavicle which has caused pain throughout my left arm, nerve damage, and muscle imbalances.
I have just started, but feel free to ask me any questions.

@Lee__R I will ask if anything comes to mind but glad to see someone else here knows of Accupunture. I have also been researching with my fianc'e since he has been talking to someone at his work who her mother has severe migraines and got the Daith piercing which is an inner ear piercing and mimics accupunture, has also been proven to alleviate migraines to less or none at all. It worked really good with his co-workers mom and she said her mother is doing a lot better since having it done. I have also spoken to a professional piercer and they know of these working and told me also that the Tragus piercing is meant for anxiety. I will post a picture detailing what I have mentioned and I am getting the Daith piercing to try and will likely post updates on how that goes when I have it done.

Ignore the lobe piercing that is just a regular piercing but focus on the Daith and Tragus. And there is a lot of research out there on both.

Thank you for the piercing info @_Emma2190
Lee_R I broke my clavicle in a fall last fall ... I didn’t know it could cause problems like that. No wonder the osteo was adamant about keeping it immobile.
I have cervicle disc issues from a broken neck in a car accident at a young age (child). I sometimes wonder if my headaches are referred pain as my neck is starting to be painful often.
I might try the piercing. I’d know then maybe if it’s migraine or not.

@LynndMS you are welcome and I will keep you updated with how the piercing helps me when I get it, which it can't hurt to try new non medicinal practices and the piercing is only 40 dollars here.

I agree. Some medicine is harmful but I’d try the piercing too. As you said it can’t hurt (I’m old and in the “olden days” unconventionality like those piercings might be a problem for certain jobs but that’s no longer true .. Thank goodness

So, I have been researching and talking with an Acupuncturist as well who has said that some ms patients do well with Accupuncture and it manages pain very well, so that they don't have a lot anymore and some even have none.
I'm skeptic about this of course since it's needles being inserted into the body and sounds a bit painful, not only that but costly too for the first appointment, so I wanted to get opinions or hear from anyone that may have tried Acupuncture.
