Hello, everyone. When I first found out that I had MS, I saw a Acupuncturist in Chinatown, New York. It helped in a big way. I have not taken it about 10 years. I will tell you that I miss it in a big way. I believe it could help you in a tremendous way.

@mikeand75 Hello Mike and thank you for letting me know your experience with accupuncture. I may someday give it a try, not 100% sure as of yet and seeing an MS Specialist in February reffered my my neurologist since they specialize in the more physical problems with ms I guess? Who knows anymore lol but again thank you and hopefully someday soon we can all beat this together!

Good afternoon, Emma. I am happy I was able to give you some advice regarding acupuncture. Please discuss it with your neurologist first. Good luck with that. Have a great day!!!

@mikeand75 hi, I read your comment about an accupuncturist you saw in ny, and I was wondering if it was just a one-time experience, or if you have tried it again afterwards? And also, did you get immediate relief or did it came gradually, and how long did the effect last? thank you!

Hello everyone. I felt the same way until I had my first session. I did not feel the needles when they were placed inside my skin. The acupuncturist I went to was a highly skilled doctor. Please give it a try!!

So, I have been researching and talking with an Acupuncturist as well who has said that some ms patients do well with Accupuncture and it manages pain very well, so that they don't have a lot anymore and some even have none.
I'm skeptic about this of course since it's needles being inserted into the body and sounds a bit painful, not only that but costly too for the first appointment, so I wanted to get opinions or hear from anyone that may have tried Acupuncture.
