I am a 59-year old woman, past menopause and had a hysterectomy, so I take a lot of supplements. A womans multi, D3, Biotin, C, B Complex and Hyaluronic Acid. Along with 81 mg baby aspirin and an antihistamine. Currently, I take liquid vitamins from MaryRuths, it has no sugar in them. I found the gummies have a lot of sugar in them. I gag on tablets.
I recommend you take what you need because we can't get it all from our food. Do your homework to find out what and how much you need daily. Learn about the differences of fat soluble and water soluble vitamins. Read the ingredients of your vitamins and look up what you don't know, many tablets are over processed for long shelf life.

Hello,
My name is Fernando and here in some insight on my journey in diabetes. My grandmother, whom I called "Abuela," was the center of our family. She had a warm smile that could light up a room and a kind heart that made everyone feel loved. She was a talented cook, and her kitchen was always filled with the aroma of delicious dishes.
When Abuela was diagnosed with diabetes, it was a shock to all of us. She had always been healthy and active, but suddenly, she had to change her lifestyle and be careful about what she ate. It was tough for her, but she was determined to manage her condition with the right medications and lifestyle. Then, I promise to myself that I'll help everyone with diabetes using some of those modifications (she is still managing her diabetes for 17 years). I highly encourage you that take this huge step on your health with proper knowledge you can achieve it. Please take care, best of health, prosperity and abundance for y'all
