Hey guys. My grandfather has severe Parkinson's and he has been having trouble sleeping well. He wakes up many times during the night and sometimes when he wakes up he does not understand where he is at first. What can I do to make it better for him? Have you ever had similar problems?

I am sorry to hear about your grandfather's struggle with sleeping. The best thing you can do is to be there for him and support him. I will tag a few others in the group who may be able to offer other advice for you.

I take strong sleeping pills, but I have the same problem. I don't really know what to do about it.
