Hi @YATS423
How are you doing today?
Welcome to Carenity!
Modern technology can help us gather evidence to bring to our doctors of conditions that we may not have been aware we had! You should be able to bring the data from your sleep tracker with you to the doctor as one piece of evidence. They may still want to do a sleep test to confirm, but they may be able to at least give you some more clarity into some of those numbers.
I am going to tag a few members and see if they can share their experiences with their sleep doctor.

What did you tell your doctor to be diagnosed with sleep apnea? Did you do a sleep test? Can you tell @YATS423 about how it went? Was it performed at home or at a doctors office?
Take care,

Hey Carenity-
I'm new here, hoping someone can help me out.
I wear my apple watch to bed and wonder if the metics it gathers are accurate? My sleep is all over the place (lots of awake time). Has anyone used this data and brought it to the doctor and been diagnosed as a result? Did you still have to do a sleep test in a doctor office?
Thanks in advance,
Greg
