Hi. Wasn't exactly told to pull myself together. Was at tires plus, I was trying to explain I needed to pay for car, but same guy who told me before, insisted it was pd in full. No it hasn't. They said talk to my boss next day. I said I work, & couldn't come in. So, I called next day & asked. Got manager & we worked it out. Gave me # to call, & that was that. I get pissed when told to take it down. That's my Asperger's. My nervous system breaks down. Not really my fault.

How do you deal with people who tell you to "pull yourself together"? I always get hurt and frustrated. I can't seem to explain well enough to people around me, that depression is a disease - I can't just snap out of it.. I just become more sad when people push me like that. But I don't know what to say to them. I always just shut up. I need to learn to stand up for myself, but it is hard when I am already struggling.
