How are you doing today?

I'm reaching out to see if anyone has advice or tips on how to gain weight after undergoing radiation and chemotherapy treatments for cancer. For many of our members here, it seems incredibly challenging to put on any weight, despite trying various methods.

If you've been through similar experiences or know someone who has, could you share what worked for you? Any specific diets, supplements, or strategies that helped in gaining and maintaining a healthy weight post-treatment would be greatly appreciated.
