@Navya4 have you ever discusses this with your doctor? Perhaps it is stemming from your condition?
However, I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, so it is an actual syndrome. Does your fatigue improve with rest or sleep, or do you feel tired and exhausted no matter the amount of sleep and rest? If so, that is a sign of chronic fatigue. Do you have any joint pain?
Certain conditions can make fatigue worse and basically seem like you have the syndrome when in fact it is the underlying conditions causing it from not being in check. Depression is a big one.
If you have chronic faitue syndrome, medications are the best, but believe it or not what has helped me is exercise. Try to exercise and it will improve your overall body.

@Navya4 since the stroke, fatigue is much more prominent in my life. My body just wears out and tires out quicker than it did before the stroke.
I take melatonin because I have trouble falling asleep, but unfortunately, even with melatonin I wake up during the night... so that just makes my fatigue even worse.
I have not really found a way to really improve it much. I believe me exercising is making a difference, but in small increments... i am no longer completely dead after moderate exercise.

Hi everyone, I will give my 2 cents from helping my husband after his stroke.
Despite his great strides, he deals with great anxiety more than ever since his stroke. The doctors put him on anxiety medication which has helped control his anxiety which in turn has helped him conserve energy. He also has started to listening to deep sleep type audio before sleeping, which is supposed to help you get into a deeper sleep quicker and thus make your sleep - in the hours you get - more beneficial.
