Hi @Option ,
It's hard to say with such little info to go on. However, I keyed in on "she lies" & "it's all my fault". You may be dealing with a narcissist or at least narcissistic traits.
I've read alot about it recently and it could be that she's gas-lighting you.
Be careful what you choose to believe. (I know, easier said than done!) Try to remind yourself that how you feel is okay, your feelings are valid no matter what the outside world says.
Our feelings are trying to tell us something, try to understand the message you're receiving.
I hope you have a good day, Kevin

My process of self discovery has led me to many things, this book has been very helpful to me in understanding how my insecurities create problems within my relationships.
The Jealousy Cure: Learn to Trust, Overcome Possessiveness, and Save Your Relationship by Robert Leahy
I take things the wrong way and I don't think most people understand how I can feel the way I do when they say or do things that hurt me. Most people can handle emotions, teasing and advice better than I can (at least that's how it seems).
I take so many things out of context, see things as a judgement or that I'm broken. I'm doing my best to accept myself the way I am, even if that's different from other people.
Compassionately, Kevin
