Hello everyone,
How are you feeling?
Therapy can be a very important part of managing mental health, especially for those living with chronic illnesses. Some people find individual therapy helpful, as it offers private, one-on-one sessions with a therapist focused solely on their personal needs and goals. It gives room for a tailored approach and the comfort of discussing deeply personal topics. For others, group therapy offers its own benefits, like connecting with people who are going through similar experiences. Group sessions can create a sense of community, provide shared insights, and help people feel less alone. 🌱
What has been your experience? Do you go for individual sessions, or do you find group settings more helpful?
