Has anyone tried Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) for their dystonia condition? I know it is normally used to treat Parkinson's and Alzheimers but could it help for dystonia too? I have tried botox injections, that seem to make it be ineffective but have made my skin soo weird. Maybe because I am not used to such smooth skin. Anyways does anyone have any information on this procedure-DBS?

Have you talked to your doctor about the DBS procedure? What did they say? I think this would be valuable information to share to the group. I will tag a few others to see if they have tried DBS treatments.
