How are you doing today?
I think it's great that you are trying to track your food intake. As far as protein goes, I've seen cottage cheese being touted as a great protein source but I'm not sure how good it is for NASH. i'll tag a few people to see how they track their meals and if they have protein/meal suggestions.
How do you manage your diet? Do you follow anything specific? Do you track your food using an app? Any advice you want to share?

I'm trying to lose weight and I read how important protein is. I usually get protein by eating red meat and eggs but I know that is bad. I have started eating more chicken but I'm getting a bit bored.
The other thing I am struggling with is tracking all the fats/carbs/calories. All of the counting and tracking. Can someone recommend what they use?
