@Courtney_J Hi, I've struggled with my weight since I was a kid, and it has led me to joint pain and type 2 diabetes today. But anyway, keeping it light, I really love gardening as odd as it sounds, and though it's hard because of my size and my knees, I still manage to do a bit anyway! And I guess it's a form of exercise too. I just find it so calming taking care of plants, especially when it's nice out in spring and summer. Hope you all are ok!

@clarence1954 I have diabetes too. I've been big my entire life. I feel like such a failure. The only time I've ever really been able to lose weight is when I had the stomach flu when I was younger. I'm at the end of my rope.

I battled with big weights in 2020, but I subsequently changed my mind and began intermittent fasting and little exercise. Decreased 20 pounds lighter and feel great.
