I have had issues with consuming gluten ... however, I now follow a gluten free diet and feel much better! Always interested to hear other people with same and their experiences.

I'm a junk food junky. I'd be a very non-compliant diabetic for sure.
I don't drink alcohol. It makes me feel worse.
I don't eat red meat. It makes me feel worse.
I'm trying Bragg's Raw Non-filtered Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Tablespoon twice a day) It's tough to take, but I'm starting to feel a little better. It's only been a few weeks, so we'll see...
I also started taking Tumeric. It seems to be helping too.
Look them up...see what they can do for you. Ask your Doctor if okay to try. They both do so many great things, and are natural.
We should avoid caffeine. I don't. It's the only crutch I have that enables me to get up out of bed to do the things I have to do. A little bit helps me so much!
I pray a lot. For strength and for others having to deal with what I deal with everyday.
I have no food allergies. I've tried Gluten Free Diet... couldn't tell a difference after 6 months, so I don't pay that much attention anymore.
I hope this helps...we're all different, so please...talk to your Doctor first before adding anything to your health program.
God Bless & Much Love!

Hello everyone,
How are you doing?
Do you think food or a particular diet can help us to live better? Have you tried a special food or diet that has helped you to feel better? Which one was it? Why do you think it helped you?
Feel free to share with us here!
Take care,
Courtney

@Courtney_J I like to think that it does... I have a few friends that have done Whole30 and rave about the benefits. Apparently the energy boost is incredible. I think it's supposed to be anti-inflammatory and more "natural". I haven't tried it myself yet because I think it's really restrictive and I haven't had time to talk to my doctor about it. I don't want to mess with meds.

I think nutrition and food can definitely help us heal, but it’s important to remember that everyone’s body is different. What works for one person might not work for another.
I’ve been trying to eat healthier lately, and I’ve noticed a difference in how I feel. I have more energy, and I think my skin looks better too. I’m not sure if it’s because of my diet or just because I’m taking better care of myself, but I’m happy with the results.
I don’t know if eating organic food can prevent cancer, but I do think it’s a good idea to eat healthy and avoid processed foods. I’ve heard that some studies have shown that eating organic food can reduce your risk of cancer, but I don’t think we know enough about the topic yet.
