Hi @Somya.P [This content has been moderated by an administrator]
For me, tips for balancing chosen solitude and social relationships are:
1.Set boundaries: Communicate your needs to others and set boundaries around your time and energy. Let others know when you need to recharge and take time for yourself.
2.Find like-minded individuals: Seek out others who share your interests and values. This can help you connect with kindred spirits.
3.Plan ahead: If you know you have a social event coming up, plan ahead to make sure you have enough alone time before and after the event to recharge.
4.Be selective: Choose social activities that are meaningful to you and that you enjoy. Refrain from saying yes to every invitation.

Hello everyone!
How are you all doing today? 🌞
Solitude can have several benefits for the mind, but whether it is perceived positively or negatively depends on an individual's experience and personality. For example, when I say that I enjoy being around people, but I also greatly appreciate my alone time, I'm talking about chosen solitude.
Solitude can often reduce anxiety and stress, promote self-reflection, foster independence, and provide a personal space to recharge, feel better, and manage one's symptoms.
What do you think? Do you choose to be alone sometimes for an extended period? What are some benefits that you have experienced? Do you have any tips for balancing chosen solitude and social relationships?
Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below!
Have a great day!
Somya from the Carenity team.
