Hello. I have always been allergic to eggs and fish. I try to avoid these foods at all costs.

Hi everyone,
How are you feeling today?
In this discussion, I'd like you to share your experience in managing food allergies/food intolerances that you have.
Food allergy and food intolerance can cause similar symptoms, but their nature is completely different: an allergy always involves the reaction of the immune system, while food intolerance only affects the digestive system.
Managing food allergies or intolerances may be difficult when you have a chronic illness.
What are you allergic/intolerant to? How did you find out about your allergy/intolerance? How have you been adapting your diet since? Does it interfere with your condition?
You are welcome to share your stories here!
Take care!
