I spend a lot on vitamins and gym membership to improve my quality of life. I wish I could afford to spend more. I'm unemployed right now and times are hard but I try to do what I can at the present moment, I'm looking for a organization that offers financial assistance for cancer patients.

Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well today.
Wellness can mean something different for everyone. For some, it’s therapy, medications, or managing a chronic condition. For others, it might be fitness classes, supplements, nutritious food, or skincare.
According to the Global Wellness Institute, Americans spend over $6,000 per person every year on health and wellness. That’s a big part of the budget, and we know for many of our members, it’s not always a choice but a necessity.
So we’re curious:
How much do you spend on health and wellness in a typical month?
What are the things you prioritize, prescriptions, mental health care, physical therapy, meditation apps, vitamins, gym memberships?
Do you feel like what you spend helps improve your quality of life?
