I've only recently been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. I'm fortunate, because I've been able to get my blood sugar under control with diet (cutting way, way back on carbs, where I'm concerned even about a couple of crackers or one Oreo), and exercise. But I have a lifelong problem with fatigue. I can't sit down to watch TV or read a book without falling asleep. No doctor is able to tell me what is going on. (And, yes, I've been tested for sleep apnea.) It has definitely affected my ability to live a full life.

If I had to get rid of one symptom it would be the panic attacks I experience. They are extremely scary and I feel like I’m going to lose control. I never have but it’s just the thought that maybe I could.

@looper I am sorry, Have you discussed this with your doctor? I believe there is a form of laser therapy that could help.

I have lived with panic attacks my whole life. I am 63 now. I finally went on zoloft and doing much better. I am not cured but I can now function a lot better. Are you taking any meds? If you need to talk just send me a message and I'll try to help you. I was so bad before I became agoraphobic and wouldn't leave my house for years. I can now get out and go places.
