I've never been tested for vitamin deficiency, and yet my mum is a nurse, she makes me do blood tests every other year, but she never talked about vitamin deficiencies.

Hello Friends, I may sound crazy but there are many poisons in and around us in our diet.
3 WHITE POISONS: SUGAR, SALT, AND WHITE FLOUR Yes, they are not good for anyone healthy or sick. Think about it and do you realize everything has at least one of these ingredients which will harm us after several years of consumption? It may sound strange but, think if sugar decays our teeth and salt gives us high blood pressure--Flour well let us just say it is not GOOD!!!!!
MY GREAT AUNT USE TO SWIM WITH A MAN NAMED JACK LALANNE AND HE LIVED LEAVING MANY THINGS OUT OF HIS DIET. JACK LALANNE LIVED TO 92 YRS OF AGE. NO SICKNESS, NOTHING WRONG EXCEPT GETTING OLDER. JUST THINK ABOUT IT AND WHEN YOU HAVE AN OPINION--PLEASE EMAIL ME DIRECTLY!!!

Hey there! This is a great conversation starter about vitamin deficiencies. They can definitely sneak up on you, and like Courtney_J mentioned, fatigue is a big one.
In my case, I was feeling wiped all the time – like I could barely get through the day. It took me forever to figure out it might be a vitamin thing, but eventually I convinced my doctor to do a blood test. Turns out, I was low on vitamin D.
Who knew sunshine could be so important? Anyway, they put me on a supplement regimen, and let me tell you, it was like night and day! I actually have energy to do things again.

Hello all,
I hope you've been doing well lately.
Did you know that certain vitamin deficiencies can cause extreme fatigue? Other symptoms may also develop: they will depend on the vitamin or mineral that our body lacks.
Here are a few examples of what vitamin deficiencies can provoke:
Minerals deficiency, like that of iron or magnesium, can also cause fatigue and a number of other symptoms, such as heart palpitations, pale skin, hair loss, headaches and dizziness in the case of iron deficiency, and anxiety, insomnia, nausea, vomiting, muscle spasms, etc in the case of magnesium deficiency.
Have you ever experienced such symptoms due to a vitamin or mineral deficiency? How did you find out what was the cause? What was the treatment you got?
Feel free to share and discuss in the comments below!
Take care,
Courtney
