Cold can cause muscles to tighten, reduce blood circulation, and make nerves more sensitive. Wearing layers, especially to protect your hands and feet, will help a lot.

I know that the winter season is upon us but I have been in pain more than I recall especially during these cold weather conditions. I dont know if it is bcoz of the cold or another reason but I feel it has made my condition worse. Anyone else feel that way?
