Yes, when my Asthma hits, I feel very tired. It is very prominent when I participate in any exhausting activities. It causes me to just pass out once I get home and sleep in depth.

@rodrig_o94 yup! totally with you on that , it really does throw you off and it sometimes can be hard to "plan ahead" for that very reason. it's constant worrying whether something or nothing may trigger an episode... i know recently was planning a weekend getaway that i was so excited for but day before leaving had an episode and there went those plans!!

A few weeks ago I had a flare while playing the guitar. I will admit it took me almost a week to really feel my energy back.

I usually try to watch what I eat. My asthma caused by food allergies and seasonal allergies. I take vitamin c and vitamin d daily. I increase vitamin c and rest when I feel overwhelmed. I used to try take pain relievers to get me through. And drink water to flush system.

this is a good question that I never really thought about. I've had asthma pretty much all my life and so fatigue has just always been a part of it. Along with the asthma I have allergies and never realized how much they can impact my energy also until I took my youngest once for a doctors appt and the doctor mentioned his allergies was making him tired. As I get older the fatigue seems to get worse.
