If your doctor won't refer you to a psychiatric professional, call your health insurance for a referral to one on their list.

I’ve been on lithium since 2008 but hospitalized every year for suicidal ideation. They won’t change it…

If a doctor doesn't tell you something is wrong with you, does that mean nothing is wrong with you? Like I feel as if I have depression, anxiety, ptsd, and bipolar disorder. I feel as if i have more, but no one cares enough to listen. They don't wanna listen because someone hasn't told me something is wrong with me but no one see what I do or even understand what goes on in my head. So how do I know? How do I know if I don't have more things wrong? How do I find someone to talk too and understand. Most people they don't care to listen but they bring up the worse about your past and you have to laugh as if you don't care. How can I help myself to no care anymore?
