My panic attack triggers are hearing a certain voice or song. I try to avoid them both. But when I do get one, I walk, pace, grab a pillow and hold on tight. Then I call someone that's not related to any of the triggers and tell them I'm having an attack. They can usually talk me calmly and let me relax to their voice. Or I play some soft calming music.

Panic attacks can be overwhelming, and many people with chronic health conditions or those going through stressful times experience them. They can happen suddenly and bring on intense feelings of fear, racing heart, sweating, or even dizziness. Understanding your triggers and finding effective ways to manage panic attacks can be incredibly helpful.
