Hello everyone,
Today is World Stroke Day, a time to reflect on the impact of stroke and share our experiences in recovery. 🌎💙
For many stroke survivors, working on speech and communication recovery is an important and often challenging part of the journey. Many stroke survivors work with speech therapists, practice exercises, or use communication tools to help regain or strengthen their speaking abilities. Each person’s progress is unique: for some, it’s a gradual process, while others may see quicker progress.
Have you tried specific techniques or therapies to improve your communication skills? How has your journey been so far? If you’ve seen improvements, what strategies have worked best for you? And if you're still navigating this path, are there any methods you’re interested in trying?
