Depression sucks.

I am 38 and a mother i lost one of my sons afther he was born had a heartatack then had my 5 child that is 8 and my relationship of almost 8 years is falling apart iv delt with depression just about my hole life and now its getting to the. point i dont eat i sit ni my room and cry my daughter tring to confert me  its getting hard to cope with everything and to top it off my new dr. droped my antidepressint down 75mg after i have ben on it for 8 years. I am falling deeper in to the black hole and i just dont wanna go back to who i was before i stoped drugs and latly iv ben thinking i wanna forget and go back but i half to stay strong for my daughter. i have no one to talk to with out it all being turned around and be all my falt i just need a friend...............

For the past three years, I have been dealing with the same circumstances and several issues. Recently, one of my friends advised me to try depression treatment therapy. I need to consult with them to overcome this.
