Recently diagnosed with NAFLD: grey pale stools

Thank you for sharing your experience. Grey or pale stools after a recent NAFLD diagnosis can understandably be concerning. Have you had a chance to discuss this symptom with your doctor? It could suggest issues with the liver or bile ducts.
