Hey @broadwaylady
How are you feeling today? :)
I am sorry to hear about your tremors and breathing problems. It is normal to feel anxious and stressed. Breathing exercises may be able to help you with your stress and ease your breathing as well. I shall tag other members who could be of more assistance and give their suggestion-

Have you faced any similar issues? What could you recommend to ease the condition and make day to day easier? How do you deal with flare ups?

Hi all,
In addition to my normal flare ups and slight tremors, I have been experiencing breathing problems that make it so difficult to do any activity. My tremors have increased and I can't move a few yards without feeling anxious about the next problem that is gonna occur. I have cut out fats and sugar from my diet and use copaxone and ocrevus (recently) but the positive effects are so minimal right now that I want to consider other options too. But for now how do I deal with these tremors and especially these breathing issues?!
Thank you
