Hi everyone,

As always. talking about pooping is embarrassing, luckily we have a great forum for us to post our questions without taboo. I think it might be my medication that causes it but it can be days before I go. I am often so uncomfortable. I have started drinking more water since I am probably dehydrated. Any other tips someone can provide to help a fellow Carenity member out?
