Hi... I’m here in California. I noticed when the weather became cooler, my legs felt stiffer...

@Areid79 I agree. I am up north and the cold is here and I just feel more achy and stiff, especially in my hands and knees.
What part of California are you in?

I think the cold jsut in general makes everything more difficult... it makes the joints and muscle tense, regardless of health... so it has to have a detrimental impact on those that actually have a medical condition, especially MS.

Hello everyone,
Have you seen this older discussion?
Do you have any MS-related issues with the cold? Are there any symptoms that appear particularly during winter? Do you get more fatigued, or does your spasticity intensify? If so, what do you do to ease these symptoms?

Hello members,
Now that the weather is changing and it is becoming much colder, even here in South Florida, do you find that the cold weather has any impact on your MS and its symptoms?
Is it worse in the winter than it is during warmer times of the year? Do you take any action to help you deal with the cold?
