Hello everyone, how are you doing?
Bladder and bowel issues can be an especially challenging aspect of living with multiple sclerosis, affecting both physical comfort and daily routines. For many people with MS, symptoms like urgency, incontinence, or constipation are common, and they can sometimes feel isolating or difficult to talk about.
How do you manage bladder or bowel issues related to MS? Have you found any specific routines, dietary changes, or treatments that help?
