Hello everyone!
Urinary incontinence is a common side effect of prostate cancer treatment, especially after a prostatectomy or radiation therapy. Some men experience leaks when coughing or exercising (stress incontinence), while others may struggle with urgency or frequent urination.
What type of incontinence have you experienced post-treatment?
Have you tried pelvic floor exercises (Kegels), medication, or other treatments?
Do you have any practical tips for managing leaks in daily life?
