@helsal When I was first diagnosed, I was "No way will I wear that damn thing every night!" So, I investigated the mouth device, an oral appliance you wear like kids with orthodontics have to straighten their teeth.
Unfortunately, the Medicare paid-for model looked like something out of a dark-ages torture chamber. The smaller oral appliances were over $3000. So, I made up my mind I'd have to adjust to a face mask. Which I have.

No I haven’t tried it. I have friends who say it’s a fabulous product. I am currently researching it to see if it would be something affordable.

I have tried several full face units, now I am using AirFit F30i. It fits below the nose and covers the mouth. Better than the full face units. Waiting for the next larger size mask to resolve the fit issue.

Has anyone tried the mouth device for sleep apnea? I plan to pick one up tomorrow from my health provider. I'm a bit skeptical about it because I've read it can change your bite. But I'm having no luck with the various masks I've tried. Any feedback would be appreciated.
