Physical therapy. If you can't go, look up on the internet. I was good and she used 3 pounds weights on my ankles and it hurt my back. So if it hurts anywhere besides your muscle as being sore from. Exercise. . If your pain gets worse stop and consult your Dr. The next time I went to pt. She was able to give me more gentle exercises so, I got ok in a few days. The things she had me do rely helped me. Im doing some at home too and it helps. Also, a good anti-inflammatory, muscle relaxers, mild ones so u can take them daily, and lanicaune patches ...also diclofinact gel. It's like a whirlwind getting ready for bed... lol good luck and God bless . Have a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! AND HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!

@ramoncito I have never heard of this. I lived with severe chronic pain since I was 12 years old. I am 38 now and always looking for alternative treatments. Can you tell me a little about this.

I’m taking opioids for my pain (Oxycodone 5mg 4x a day and I still have pain) but when I wasn’t taking pain meds it was very annoying and uncomfortable and it made my anxiety and depression worse
