I've been doing accupuncture foe a couple of weeks now with no change. Not sure if it is worth continuing. Just trying to find some relief.

Hello members,
There has been discussion in the forums amongst members about their use, experience, and success (or nonsuccess) of acupuncture and dry needling for treatment of focal dystonia; therefore, I wanted to make a discussion specifically dedicated to these alternative treatments where all members can come to share their experience, gain advice, and learn from others.
If you have tried acupuncture and/or dry needling, I encourage you to share your experience here. Whether you had amazing results or no change or went for 1 treatment session or for years of treatments, I encourage you to share you experience because it can help others (also because the education / type of practitioner can vary, as well as the methods and techniques used by the practitioners can vary)
For those who have not tried these treatments, feel free to post questions here to receive advice from others, as well.
