Hello Hiilary, thank you for opening this discussion. Let me tag some other members who can possibly share with you.
Hi everyone, do any of you have an experience with pregnancy while on a biologic for Crohn's, especially Entivyo (vedolizumab)? Is it safe to continue a biologic during pregnancy? Are there any side effects?

@Hiilary Hi, I recently switched from Stelara to Humira and have been having the same discussion with my doctor. My husband and I are looking to start a family too. He told me that studies have been done and haven't found any heightened risk for complications or birth defects or anything, so I'll be staying on the Humira. I'm also curious to hear other peoples' experiences! ?

Hi everyone, my name is Hilary and I started having my first symptoms with Crohn’s on my honeymoon and was diagnosed a month later with all that said my husband and I have now been married for 9 years and I’m now 31 and we are wanting to start a family. After talking with my doctors they have informed me I would need to stay on my biologic ( entivyo ) I have only been on entivyo for a year now and I have been doing better than ever but my husband and I are worried about the risk of taking the entivyo for the baby if I was to become pregnant.. Has anyone had a successful pregnancy on biologic if so was it entivyo. Also I would love to hear anyone’s story living with Crohn’s and becoming pregnant or even the struggles of becoming pregnant which I have been warned about
