I have never tried the Epsom salt, but a parrafin bath or warm bath does at least feel good and helps you feel looser and less "achy" - Maybe if I try the Epsom salt in the future I will come back and let you know my experience.

I have been living off of hot baths with Epson salt. It helps a little everytime. The hardest part is getting into and out of the tub. I have taught myself to use my hip and sort of slide down the side of the tub with my knees braceing on the other side. It is awkward but managable. To get back up I again turn onto my knees and pull one leg through and brace each foot on the short ends of the tub and push up with arms and legs.
The hot Epson salt bath is a great help if you are achy and can't sleep. I splurge on the scented ones. While in the tub I find it easy to stretch my low back.
I would definitely recommend, It won't cure you but it will make miserable into tolerable.
Happy Bathing,

I would definitely definitely recommend this to anyone who is able to get in and out of the bathtub. I first did this when my sister-in-law told me about it and actually went out and got the Epsom salt for me when I had an ovarian cyst because she read that I think it's the magnesium in it helps dissolve the cyst but anyway it works wonders on the pain. Anyway the makeup of Epsom salt is wonderful for your muscle pain and aches and if I had a situation where I was able to get in the bathtub I would do this everyday for sure they even have Epsom salt that is scented like the lavender which would be great at bedtime for those of us who have insomnia for various reasons some of which is related to our pain. They even have bath bombs that have the CBD and them which I've heard helps or you could just put a couple of drops of the CBD oil in the bathtub. I also used the aromatherapy oils drops in the bathtub when I was able to take baths before. Aromatherapy offers a lot of benefits as far as mood benefits especially the citrus I recommend Bergamot and sweet Orange for that and lemon and grapefruit for anti-bacterial purposes.

Epsom salt is theorized to detoxify the body and ease pains and aches through the body's absorption of magnesium and sulfate, while the warm water helps stimulate blood circulation.
How about you... have you ever tried bathing in warm water with Epsom Salt for soothing pains and aches? Have you had any success with this? How often do you follow this regimen?
