Living with psoriasis can make clothing choices tricky! Certain fabrics or tight clothing might irritate the skin, trigger flare-ups, or make itching and discomfort worse. On the other hand, some fabrics might feel soothing or more breathable, helping you manage symptoms better.

Have you noticed any fabrics that worsen your psoriasis symptoms? What materials or styles do you find most comfortable for your skin? Do you have tips for finding clothing that’s gentle on sensitive skin?
