Hi @cosmogyralreverie
How are you doing today?
It sounds like you have had this concern a while. The internet doesn't always have the right answers, it might be time to go get it check with a specialist, maybe a podiatrist if you haven't yet. In the mean time, I will tag a few Carenity members to see if they have experienced something similar and can offer confirmation or advice.

In what other odd locations has your psoriasis appeared? Has your psoriasis affected your nails? Is there anything you have found to help ?
Take care,
Lizzi from the Carenity team

I've also had problems with my nails because of psoriasis, and it's frustrating, especially when you can't do things like painting your nails. Something that helped me was Paraffin Wax Bath Therapy. At first, I wasn't sure how to do it, but I found some valuable tips on this website: https://www.gulfphysio.com/the-right-kind-of-paraffin-wax-bath-therapy-for-you/.
What I did was the Immersion method. You dip your hand in the wax once, let it dry to make a sort of glove, and then keep it there for 15-20 minutes. It's pretty relaxing and helped my nails a lot.

I've had those white dent like thingies on my nails for a while so i thought it was a vitamin deficiency at first so i got supplements but now they've started cracking and losing color so i googled it and apparently it is because of the psoriasis. Do you guys have this too? I don't know what to do, guess I can't paint my nails anymore :(
